Only one I'm really certain of is 3...I mean, me, my father, and my brother have been saying this phrase since the game originally came out. Willy Beamish...played it back in the day...damned if I remember much about it, though.

The rest were educated guesses. I fought the urge to google the answers. But will do so now since I've posted mine.

I promise I won't modify my answers.
